One business number, everywhere
Use compatible desk phones, computers or the 3CX mobile app while presenting the business number instead of a personal mobile number.
3CX Silver Partner · 10 years of experience
Linkify supplies 3CX, pairs it with our contract-free VoIP lines, and comes to you to set everything up. Numbers, call flows, apps, handsets and training: one local team owns the result—including moving eligible local, 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers.

What is 3CX?
3CX is a business communications system that connects your phone numbers, extensions, call routing and supported devices. It gives a small office the polished call handling customers expect, while giving larger teams a platform that can grow with them.
Use compatible desk phones, computers or the 3CX mobile app while presenting the business number instead of a personal mobile number.
Set business hours, ring groups, queues, transfers, voicemail and digital receptionist menus around the way your team actually works.
Staff can make and receive business calls through supported 3CX apps wherever they have a suitable internet connection.
Add users, numbers and more capable call flows without throwing away the whole phone system.

Desk phones, supplied and configured
Linkify can supply compatible Yealink desk phones, provision them to 3CX, configure users and keys, test the calls and show your staff how everything works. Your phone system arrives ready for the way your office answers calls.
The Linkify difference
A phone system is only easy when somebody has thought through the details. Linkify handles the service and the setup together, so your team is not stuck between a phone vendor, an internet provider and a distant telco call centre.
Talk to the team who will install itWe map your numbers, users, business hours, call handling and internet connection.
We recommend shared hosting or a standalone 3CX system and document how calls should flow.
We configure the system, Linkify VoIP lines, numbers, extensions, apps and compatible handsets.
We coordinate number porting where eligible, test inbound and outbound calls, and plan the changeover.
We train your team and remain the local contact when something needs changing.
Dedicated 3CX phone systems
When the team or call volume grows beyond a small-office setup, standalone 3CX gives your business its own dedicated environment, sized by simultaneous call capacity and configured for the way you operate.
Plan a standalone systemSupport a busier reception, sales team, service desk or multi-site operation without squeezing every call through a small shared allowance.
Give a growing team its own extensions, departments, permissions and call handling without designing around small-office limits.
Keep the system, configuration and future growth path dedicated to your organisation, with Linkify managing the technical work.
Build richer queues, reporting, departments, integrations and routing for businesses where the phone system is operationally important.
Made for Linkify VoIP
We pair 3CX with Linkify’s contract-free VoIP service, configure the connection, and support the complete path from the public phone number to the person answering. Linkify coordinates the transfer so the numbers your customers know move with you.
Keep the number customers already know
We can coordinate the port of eligible active Australian phone numbers from your current provider to the Linkify VoIP service, then route them through your new 3CX system.
Numbers must remain active during the transfer. Porting is subject to number eligibility, correct account information and approval through the applicable carrier process.
Common questions
No. Linkify designs and configures the system, sets up users and supported devices, tests the service and shows your team how to use it.
Yes—eligible active local, 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers can be transferred. Linkify checks the account details, coordinates the port and plans the changeover before the old service is disconnected.
No. The platform is shared to reduce infrastructure cost, but each business is configured as a separate company with its own users, numbers and call handling.
Choose standalone 3CX when you need eight or more simultaneous calls, have more than 10 handsets, need advanced integrations or call handling, or want a dedicated environment for future growth.
