Linkify coordinates eligible local, 13, 1300 and 1800 number transfers. We collect the right account details, prepare the new phone system and plan how calls will be handled while the carriers complete the port.
A straightforward transfer of one active Australian local number.
Number blocks, linked services and complex carrier arrangements need more coordination.
Timing depends on the current carrier, number configuration and routing arrangements.
Choose the right changeover
Planned move or urgent recovery—we can work around the situation.
Porting is a carrier process, so dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Linkify will explain the available path before anything is changed.
Build and test first, then move the number.
We configure 3CX, phones, apps and call flows on a temporary number. Your existing service stays active until the agreed port, reducing changeover risk.
Forward calls to a temporary number while the port progresses.
Where the current carrier can activate diversion, we can route the existing number to a temporary Linkify number and your new phone system. We can also start the port immediately, although normal carrier timeframes still apply.
Keep the current arrangement until you choose the cutover.
If the existing service is usable, we can leave it in place while everything is prepared. The port is submitted only when the new setup and timing suit the business.

- The exact account name, number and service address
- A complete list of numbers and any linked services
- Authorisation from the number's account holder
